Soren Peder Lauritz Sorensen, the Danish Chemists who gave the concept of PH scale based on acidity and alkalinity. Today tech giant, Google dedicates its Doodle in the honour of SPL Sorensen. PH scale is used to measure the acidity and alkalinity of the substance.

In this doodle you can play game, all you need to do the arrange the substance that would be displayed based on its PH value. The standard PH value is of water i.e. 7. If PH value is greater than 7 than it is alkaline in nature an if it is less than 7 then it is acidic in nature. The standard is taken as water because it is neither acidic nor alkaline. The PH scale is from  to 14. Lower the PH value more acidic would be the substance and higher the PH value more alkaline would be the substance.
